Grosse Pointe Gardening Association Takes place in a rich Detroit suburb and follows four members of a gardening club that becomes addicted to a mysterious murder. Sayed in a non -linear style, the series jumps around in time, keeping the viewer constantly to guess who died, who did that and why it happened in the first place.
But that dead body is far from the only secret that the gardeners hide. Every club member has large skeletons in their cupboard that they don’t want anyone to find.

Robba Robbel (Small fires everywhere) plays Alice, a high school teacher who is married to Doug (Alexander Hodge). Alice is frustrating with her privileged students – especially as she suspects that one of them has something to do with the disappearance of her loved one – and uses gardening as stress relief.

Cast chemistry is engaging, and it’s especially fun to see Fumero playing a messy character that is so different from Santiago’s good-dear-daughter Brooklyn nine nine.
