While the film takes its time to get Casey and Frank together, the story finally comes to life when that happens. Frank is a kind of cautionary story for Casey. He was once young and optimistic about the future as well, but lost his spark when he was disillusioned by Tomorrowland leaders and by Athena (Raffey Cassidy), the Android girl who recruited when he was a child.

Athena Cassidy also has a big role in the film, and is very enjoyable as the children’s similar robot. But Robertson and Clooney really carry the film together.
