Ice-t is one of Mariska HargitayLargest fans in the midst of the release of her documentary exploring the life and legacy of her late mother, Jayne Mansfield.
“I have seen many clips of it when he was making it ‘because she was on the set showing us,” Ice-T, 67, told Weekly US In promoting his partnership with CANE’S ERROR FOR NATIONAL ICED TE DAYis on Tuesday, June 10. “I knew a little about it, but you can’t know the full life of anyone until you see the whole story.”
Hargitay, 61, produced and directed the forthcoming documentary My mother jaynewho revisit her mother’s career and reveals only some of her family’s secrets, including Hargitay’s biological father’s identity.
Ice-t, who has played Odafi “fin” tuvara on the dear series Law and Order: Special Victim Unit Alongside Hargitay since 2000, he noted that he heard that his costar was “very well” with the new documentary. (My mother jayne Premieres on Max on Friday, June 27.)
Added that he enjoyed seeing Hargitay promoting the film in the Cannes Film Festival Last month, especially because she looked the part.
“I love Mariska when she glams up. And I also know her mother in Jayne Mansfield, I think Mariska intensely has always gone against the grain, like, not fascinating,” said Ice-T Us. “And I’m like, ‘You’re magical. Don’t fight him. Let him go. Let him go.’”
With this movie coming out, Ice-t says“I think she made her own mark.” She explained, “I don’t think she wants to make her mark as Jayne Mansfield’s daughter. She wanted to (be her), and I respect that.”
Ice-t added, since Hargitay “did that” and confirmed himself as one of NBC’s biggest stars While playing Olivia Benson on Sv Since her premiere in 1999, she wants her to “embrace the whole thing.”
Hargitay is the daughter of an actress and Mansfield’s sex symbol, who died in a car accident in 1967. Hargitay was just 3 when her mother died in the accident she and her two older brothers or sisters survived. (Mariska was raised by her father the builder of the body Mickey Hargitay but later learned that her biological father is an Italian singer and comedian Nelson sardello.)
Mariska Hargitay spoke briefly about the loss of her mother, the star of Bombshell Jayne Mansfield’s film, in detailing “several trauma” she has experienced over the years – and how she has overcome them. “I lost my mother when I was 3, and grew up in a house of people dealing with the tragedy in their own way,” (…)

While Ice-T said Us Was excited to attend the My mother jayne Premiere, he has also been busy with his own projects during All Season. Recently joined Pick up cane’s to celebrate National Tea Day.
Ice-T was teasing that raising cans in the “Perfect Afternoon Date point,” says Us and other reporters earlier this month that it was a “casual spot” for good food.
“This is a good place to come after the party, after the club, you got the munchies and you’re trying to hit something on the way home,” he said. “To pull up here at night … you can get something to go to bed with it.”
