American immigration and execution of customs authorities (ICE) announced on Friday, which provided delays for federal arrest and removal of illegal immigrant after allegedly used machete for beheading A Texas merchant.

Kobas-Martinez’s release was because Cuba refused to accept his return because of his conviction, Ice reports.
