Immigration and Customs Office (ICE) officials are launching a nationwide initiative to arrest illegal immigrants after the refuge, when they leave the courtrooms, several sources familiar with this issue, confirmed Fox News.
These efforts will be focused on those living in the US for less than two years, sources have stated.
The Home Security Department (DHS) is aimed at reducing illegal immigration cases. Federal officials plan to arrest migrants and place them during the removal operation process, quickly monitoring them to deportation outside the country, which allows you to recreate the removal without hearings before the immigration judge, ice sources said.
If the migrant has an active, expected court case, accelerated removal cannot happen, so DHS officials plan to refuse them. Immigration judges, however, have to agree with cases, and they are still cooperating with efforts, sources said.

Videos posted in social media and recorded by local news across the country show the ICE arrests that are already happening in different court buildings.

“The secretary of Noema cancels the catching and release policy of Biden, which allowed to release millions of illegal foreigners on US streets,” said DHS Fox News spokesman. “This administration again implements the rule of law.”
The press secretary added that “most foreigners who have illegally entered the US over the last two years are subject to prompt removal.”
“Now the ice obeys the law and places these illegal foreigners in acceleration, as it should have always been.”
“Biden ignored this legal fact and decided to release millions of illegal foreigners, including violent criminals, to a country with a message that will appear before an immigration judge,” the press secretary said. “Now Ice complies the law and places these illegal foreigners in acceleration, because they should always be. If they had real reliable claims to fear, they will continue during the immigration process, but if no requirements are found, foreigners will be subject to rapid deportation.”

Gregg Jareth, a legal analyst and commentator of Fox News, noted the recent Supreme Court ruling, “that President Trump had the powers to stop the temporary protected status of Biden (TPS) for some of the migrants who have been in the US for less than two years.”
“This means that they are entitled to accelerate the deportation,” he said. “There is no law that does not allow ice to conduct the initiative by arresting immigration/shelter. In terms of security, it makes sense. Indeed, it was a long -standing practice.”

Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, Immigration Prosecutor and CEO and Law Law owner, said Fox News Digital that while the “ice can be fears in the court buildings,” such arrests “may be limited when immigrants refuse.

“Since the game book is: the immigrant goes to the court. The DHS prosecutor, which, in fact, is the prosecutor, says the judge:” Judge, we actually want to dismiss the case. We do not want to pursue it. “And in many cases, the judge just deny the immigrant’s objection or (if) the immigrant does not know anything better, and they say,” Of course, it sounds great. “And then they leave the courtroom and detained them,” Lincoln-Holdfinc.
If judges refuse to dismiss the case, they can “maintain their own jurisdiction about what’s happening to (immigrant), as the person is in consideration of the Immigration Court, and the judge decides what is happening to them until they dismiss the case.”

Jareth believes that “the likelihood of interference is minimal” if asked if the judges can try to stop the arrests.
“Most of the shelter and deportation hearings before the Immigration Judge, who is an employee of the Ministry of Justice,” he said. “These hearings take place in federal court buildings or detention, so the likelihood of interference is minimal. For example, you would not have a state court judge trying to interfere, as we saw (Milouoki, Wisconsin).”
Illegal immigrants are rapidly under Trump Ice compared to Biden’s levels last year: “worse”
Judge Milouoki Hannah Dugan, 65, He was charged last month on federal charges of obstructing the case before the US Agency and illegal concealment of a person being arrested after she allegedly sent an illegal immigrant defendant to go through a private exit to the Miluoki district court, and ICE officials executed an arrest warrant.

Meanwhile, Lincoln-Holdfincy believes that the new DHS efforts for the Trump administration easily and quickly increase the illegal number of detained immigrants, and that “they are not focused on the immigrants and Christie’s population suggest going after, and this is a violation of laws, dangerous, criminal types.”
According to her, this initiative is aimed at illegal immigrants, trying to undergo legal citizenship.

“Why don’t we send ice after the people they claim here to harm us? It doesn’t make sense in terms of resources costs, ”she said. – And I think this is the main objection. So I think I think it will be challenged in court? But besides this, I think people really have to take the question of what ICE goes after people who follow the rules and they play dirty tricks and games to make them throw their cases, and then arrest them, leaving the courtroom. “
