For many years, private investigator Steve Ridge has pushed the courts to commit the records concerning the case.
On March 27, Senior Judge James M. Drey in the county of Serra Gorda ghostly made part in part in an unoccupied search warrant in 2017, connected to the disappearance of Huisentruit, while maintaining the support of the statement to protect the integrity of the current investigation.

Lawyers Ridge, Nelly O’Mara and Jesse Marzen, sought to lay out records related to GPS tracking devices located on two vehicles tied to John Vansida. Vansis has long been considered a person who is interested in the investigation but has never been charged with this case.
According to the vehicles, Honda Civic 1999 and GMC 1500 2013 were registered at Arizona, where Vansis lived in early 2017. Cars did not exist at a time when Huisentruit in 1995.
Judge Drew denied the petition for a trial to maintain the expanding order. The court obliged that the application must remain sealed, as the investigation remains active.

The court noted that the statement could only reveal the information with the guilty, for example, specific times, found items or details of the stage. It adds that an unbroken testimony can help the potential suspect to “know what to hide”.

The Huisentru’s family has released a statement on the Facebook Hodi Hope page, saying they did not support the drafting of the documents.
“We received a number of requests for a legal battle in the family, which is now played in the Jodi case,” the family statement said. “Without getting too deep in the weed, we all agree that if the issue of information is hindered by the investigation in any way, the search warrant must remain sealed.
“We are not on board with information released in the public, especially when the investigation is open and continued. We admit that there are a number of different opinions about it – we respect you and ask you to respect ours. At this time, this is our only public comment that we need to do on this.”

Huisentruit was 27 years old when it disappeared in June 1995. The presenter of the news disappeared in the morning on June 27, 1995 in Maison -Sity, Iowa.
After Huisentruit did not make it work until 7 am, Police City of Meisson were notified. Her car was found in her apartment, as well as a bent car key, high heels and signs of fighting.
