How to turn off autoplay on your social media feeds

There are times when you can want to prevent video and gifs to play automatically in your social media foods. This could be because they try to conserve cell phone data, limit the addictive of these apps, or keep checking for your viewing, as you didn’t want to see you. Whatever the reasons may be, here is the steps to display video and gifs on the paporma of popular media platforms.

Facebook

To disable the self-facebook, navigational the picture icon, which appears in the upper right corner of the desktop version or mobile navigation. Then, scroll down to “Settings & Privacy,” Select “preferences”, where to find a menu option for “media”. Within that menu, there is an option to extrece your video reproduction in your food and stories. Select the “never” option.

On Instagram app, tap your profile picture in the corner on the bottom. Once you are on your profile page, tap the menu icon in the upper right corner of your screen (is the icon with three horizontal lines). Then, run to “Settings and activities,” then browses to “your app and average”, where you will find “average quality”. From here, you can instruct on the option of “using Menu Cell Phone”.

It’s not as knowledge as a content “do not autop content” but will be at least slow things if you are out of wi-fi. Instagram also not autoplay sound unless you click on a place with the sound first.
