Donald Trump will take the presidential oath of office on Monday in front of the Capitol in Washington, DC, once again. The event takes place at noon ET and is expected to draw considerable attention from supporters and opponents alike.
You can watch the inauguration live on cable or subscribe to a live TV streaming service (DirectTV Stream, Hulu Live TV, Sling, or YouTube TV) that provides access to ABC, CBS, CNN, CSPAN, Fox News , MSNBC, NBC, and PBS.
All of the above networks also livestream on YouTube. We have included the links below.
We can anticipate a large turnout for the next event, especially since the previous inauguration of Donald Trump in 2017 was the the biggest live news event ever hosted by the Akamai content delivery network.
While the guest list has not yet been confirmed, we can probably expect the presence of Joe Biden, members of Congress, the Supreme Court, members of the Trump family, and incoming Vice President JD Vance. There will also be several tech leaders who are expected to attend, including Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg.
Carrie Underwood is scheduled to perform “America the Beautiful.”
The main ceremony itself is expected to last about two hours, based on events in the past. The swearing-in ceremony only lasts about 30 minutes. The entire livestream, which includes events such as parades, shows and other activities, is typically about 10 hours long.
