Let’s be honest: “Tulsa King” by Taylor Sheridan (one of his few shows the Creator doesn’t really write) He would hardly work without his star, Sylvester StalloneIf at all. The fish-out-of-water gangster drama is built around the legend of Rocky Balboa, and it’s hard to imagine that anyone else is as tremendous as Sly who has Dwight Manfredi, the old-school mafioso that has sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma, through his connection to a limit in New York after finishing. Given more as an inferior and punishment than anything else, Dwight is not entirely happy with the cards dealt with – considering what he has done and suffered to his family crime – but he is also inventive enough to improvise a plan and begin to establish new criminal operations in a city that rarely with a pulse compared to his hometown of the hometown of the hometown of the large apple town. Before you know it, it has not only produced multiple income streams by illegal means but has even assembled its own new Ragtag team.
Given its decade -old star power worldwide, in addition to this is its first leading role in a television series, it is barely unexpected or stunning that Stallone wins a big dough for “Tulsa King.” But how much is he Really Rake in for carrying the Paramount+ Year Show in and a year out?
As reported by Diversity In 2022, Stallone – alongside other Sheridanverse actors such as Harrison Ford (“1923”), did Kevin Costner (“Yellowstone”), and Helen Mirren (“1923”) – at least $ 1 million per episode for the first season “Tulsa King.” For comparison, Michael Keaton made about the same size for “Dopesick” on Hulu in 2021, while Apple TV+ paid Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd about the same salary when they were working on “The shrinking next door” (Psychological Trimal Cutting Tramedy I can’t recommend enough) the same year. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Olsen made $ 875,000 the episode for her work in HBO Max’s “Love & Death” crime drama miniseries.
Naturally, there are special cases and exceptions, as some megastars undoubtedly draw more than $ 1 million per episode. Overall, however, large streaming platforms appear to be aiming to cap wages around that mark.
But since “Tulsa King” has been flying even higher in its subsequent season and getting even better reviews than before, Stallone’s initial salary has also increased significantly. Back Koimoi sourcesSlyw’s salary increased to $ 1.5 million per episode in the sophomore season of the show before (according to a separate report by Puck) zoomed to $ 2 million left The series was renewed for season 3. Well, one thing is certain: being the Sheridanverse is as profitable as you would expect (at least if you’re already a home name).
“Tulsa King” is currently streaming on Paramount+.
