Erika: I get up at 6:00. I try to be in the gym no later than 7:30 – 7:00 is usually the right time. I take a whole bunch of supplements and vitamins and I have to get my coffee, and then I’ll eat when I get home from the gym.

Erika: I decided I was going to eat less sugar this year. Not happening so far. I have not done it.
