Hoda Kotb shows weightlifting skills in the middle of a welfare journey

Feast focuses on her own welfare journey while helping others start their own.

Kotb says goodbye to the Today Show back in January to develop its own well -being brand. “I have been turned on by the welfare space because I realized what was happening to me,” explained on the October 2024 episode of Today with Hoda & JennaA month after publication Today departure. “I tried different things and noticed that my body was quieter. I was getting sick less. I felt better. I was a better parent, a better friend, a better sister, a better girl. And I thought, all these little things I did day after day helped change my change inside.”
