Herrord Deporte to face trial of rape and sexual assault

French actor Gerard’s Deportation was ordered to file a court about the charges of rape and sexual attack in 2018.

His accuser, actor Charlotte Arnold, said she had eased the case that he was in court seven years after she filed a complaint.

He was convicted in May for sexual attacks on two filmmakers four years ago – and went on the list of sex criminals but did not jail. He denied their allegations.

“Seven years later, seven years of horror and hell … I think I have problems with the understanding of how huge it is. I am relieved,” Arnold wrote in a social media report.

ARNOULD lawyer, Karin Durie Diebolt, confirmed that the Department was ordered to speak for allegedly attacking and rape the Arnould digital penetration twice in his Paris House in August 2018.

“We with a sigh of relief and confident. This is a form of judicial truth for Charlotte while she is waiting for a criminal trial,” she said.

The date of the trial has not yet been set.

In a letter published in Le Figaro in 2023, the Deporter denied the allegations, writing: “Never never abused a woman.”

“There has never been compulsion, violence and protest between us,” he said, citing Arnould.

The case was initially rejected for insufficient evidence, but after Arnould filed a complaint as a civilian party, a court investigation was opened in the summer of 2020.
