Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Lose Home in Pacific Palisade Fire

Spencer Prattsister, Stephanie Prattexpose her brother and his wife, Heidi Mondayhave lost their home in Los Angeles as the Pacific Palisades fire continues to ravage the Los Angeles area.

According to an Instagram post by Stephanie, Montag, 38, and Pratt, 41, lost their property when the fire took hold in the star-studded area on Tuesday, January 7. (TMZ was the first to report the news with sources telling the outlet “the entire family was able to evacuate safely earlier in the day.”)

Us Weekly have reached out to the couple’s representatives for comment.

In the late hours of Tuesday, Stephanie, 38, shared that she was devastated to her family. “Honestly looking for advice. I’m frozen in shock. How horrible for my sweet little nephews to watch their house disappear like this. They must be so scared and confused,” a photo of the fire was captioned. (Pratt married his Hills costar in November 2008 and the pair share two sons, Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 13 months.)

Stephanie, who also appeared on The Hillspost an Instagram Story to expand on the news. “I am beyond heartbroken for my brother, Heidi and the kids,” Stephanie posted alongside a photo of Spencer watching the fire. “Just talking to my father – he tried to save my brother’s house but the wind is so strong there was nothing he could do.”

Earlier on Tuesday, Spencer took to social media to share photos of the raging fire through her Instagram Story capture a light aircraft flying through the sky and dumping water over the affected region as thick black smoke launches from the mountains in the background and foreground.

TMZmeanwhile, shared a video of Spencer standing outside his home, cellphone in hand as he watched the fire destroy his neighborhood alongside a loved one. At one point during the clip, Spencer was seen wiping his eyes as smoke or ash affected his vision.

The footage then captured the fire itself as Spencer was seen pointing out how close the fire had gotten.

The wildfire is out of control, having burned through more than 1,200 acres in Pacific Palisades which is home to many famous residentstriggered a local evacuation earlier on Tuesday.

Casino actor James Woods shared footage of the natural disaster before he left his own property, taking him to X to post a video of his surroundings and cap it, “Leave.”

USA Today reported on Tuesday that mass evacuation orders for “about 30,000” residents, as well as power outages, affected the star-studded area. The fire was first reported around 10am after it was seen gaining momentum along West Sunset Boulevard.

Eugene levy evacuated “early” on Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Steve Guttenbergmeanwhile, taking action on Tuesday, spending significant time assisting fire crews by moving cars to allow emergency vehicles access to roads.

Guttenberg, 66, told KTLA in an interview filmed on the street, “I live up the hill. I have friends up there right now, and they can’t evacuate because it’s stuck on Palisades Drive. There are families up there, there are pets, there are people who really need help.”

The fire also canceled a number of events organized in the area including the premieres for Jennifer Lopez‘s new movie Unstoppablea Wolf Man star Christopher Abbott a Julia Garner.
