I had no depression, but you go through crazy hormonal changes,” he said. “You care for this little human you need. It’s not like you can leave and go. They need you.”
Breastfeeding is something that Heather did not say that it was not “natural” for her. The process was “very challenging” because early battles With tongue tie, cheek tying and lip tie. (Tristan have had surgery for his tongue tongue in June 2023.)
