Speaking in a video shared on the IPL website, Harshal Patel said that the levels of motivation are diminished while playing the last games of the competition after being eliminated. Stated:
“Honestly talking, when you are out of the game and with 3-4 games to get out, it’s hard to motivate you. At the end of the day you know you are a professional cricketter, so whenever you enter the ground, you have to give your best. You must prepare in the best way you can, go out and act to win the game for your team.”
Harshal Patel expressed his delight because the releases were not very flat at IPL 2025. He stated:
“Yes, I think the greatest difference I can see from last year in terms of punctuation rates is the variable of doctors. Doctors have not been as flat as last year. So it has probably been the point of difference this year. The mentality of the Batters has not changed much, it is the surface sometimes it has been a bit difficult to mark, especially here in Hyerabad.”
