Federico Chiesa is happy in Liverpool despite limited play time, according to his father.
As the international pause unfolds, the Italian striker has been using the opportunity to continue its training regime.
Chiesa has recently played a crucial role for Liverpool, and marked the Carabao Cup final in Wembley.
However, his contributions have been sporadic in what has been a difficult season for him personally.
Despite speculations that link the 27 -year -old with a possible summer departure from Anfield, his father, former Italy striker Enrico Chiesa, has assured the fans that Federico is satisfied with his current situation.
Speaking to Tuttosport, he said: “Federico is very happy in Liverpool, he is in a superior club that runs the Premier League and now we hope he can win the title.
“It’s there to say -it has a great opportunity.”

So far, Chiesa has been found mainly on a substitute role, although a Premier League party has yet to begin. Of its 11 appearances in Liverpool, only two have been as part of the starting line.
Given its reputation as one of the most promising attackers in Europe, especially after its success with Italy in the 2020 euros, its reduction in participation could be seen as a source of frustration.
However, his father has constantly strengthened a resistant mentality, urging him to remain ready for opportunities. Reflecting on Federico’s trip, Enrico Chiesa added: “I told the summer what I have been telling since I was a kid, because the truth is, until the age of 15, I didn’t really play.
“When I was asked what to do, I told him to continue training, do not give up, assure -you are ready when the time comes.”
There is no regret for the departure of Juventus
Enrico Chiesa, in the midst of rumors in progress of a possible summer departure, Enrico Chiesa dismissed any notion of repentance regarding the transfer of Federico de la Juventus to Liverpool.
“The regrets are just coares for losers. No, there are no regrets,” he said.
While many of his teammates in Liverpool marched on the international duty, Chiesa was the only upper field player to remain in the club for not being called.
Taking advantage of the break, he returned to Italy, but remained dedicated to his training. During the weekend, he published a photo of Instagram of himself working on his Liverpool team in the background of the Dolomites.
With nine Premier League matches, there is still time for Chiesa to submit his claim for a more significant role in Anfield.
Whether it remains beyond the summer it is still uncertain, but for the moment, its focus is maintained by contributing every time it calls.
