Haley Joel Osment He claimed he was “attacked” by police during his recent arrest.
According to body phase photos obtained by Weekly US On Thursday, April 17, an officer went to Osment, 37, when he was kept by four others in a car park at Mammoth Lakes, California.
“I’m trying to walk back to him,” said Osment to the cop who arrived at the spot while being held back.
An officer already on site for the new officer explained that “beyond drunkenness.”

“He wrote to the bartender, we were very nice and calm,” claimed a person in the background.
Osment was then hidden by the officers and shouted “I’m attacked” several times.
“You are saved,” an officer told the actor.
Authorities suggested that Osment should stop resisting arrest and the actor asked what he was “doing wrong.”
He was later searched and asked if he was, “Dope in here,” denied Osment. The officers also asked Osment for his name and elected not to respond.
“It’s a very simple question,” asked an officer to which osment answered, “I’m an American, a man.”
Another person claimed on the spot that osment could not “take care of himself.”
“He went to the bar, ordered one drink, he was so intoxicating that he poured his drink … they served one drink for him, he was so drunk that he dropped him, and they cut him away,” the person claimed. “Then he got worse, controversial, he tried to load the lift they refused to load the lift.”
Us It was confirmed on Wednesday, April 16, that osment had been charged with unruly behavior and possessed a regulated substance after being taken into custody on April 8. He was arrested after police revealed a call for an alleged intoxicating person at the ski resort. He has since been released from custody.
Update – 4/17/25, 5:50 pm ET: Mono County District Attorney confirmed that Haley Joel had been charged with uncontrolled behavior under the influence of alcohol and possessing cocaine. Apparently, a osment was ordered for public drunkenness and possessed a controlled substance, per TMZ, which is the first to report the news. The substance was sent to a laboratory for testing, per outlet. A ski patrol was present when the authorities arrived and arrested osment. Osment remained in prison overnight.
