Hollywood To You/Star Max/GC Images/Getty ImagesSports media personality Skip Bayless has been accused of repeatedly harassing a former Fox Sports hairstylist, claiming he offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him.
In a lawsuit filed on Friday, January 3 in Los Angeles and obtained by Front Office Sports, Noushin Faraji – who was an employee of Fox Sports between 2012 and August 2024 – says the behavior started when he started working on FS1’s Undoubtedlywhich Bayless co-hosted alongside Shannon Sharpe between 2016 and August 2024.
Bayless allegedly made the money offer to Faraji after she told him she had ovarian cancer in an attempt to stop his deposits. In response, Bayless said it could “change” her life.
“The more you say no the more I want you,” Bayless told Faraji, according to the suit.
During her time on UndoubtedlyFaraji claimed that Bayless would give her “hugs and lingering kisses on the cheek as he put his body against hers and pressed against her breasts.”
Faraji, who is a single mother, claimed that she told Bayless several times that she was not interested and that she was not “dating at work.”
In addition, Faraji allegedly made Bayless an insulting comment about her background when she tried to block his actions.
“Mr. Bayless made another catch at Ms. Faraji,” the lawsuit says. “Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Shut up, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you a Muslim? Doesn’t your father have between three and four wives?’ Ms Faraji responded that her father had died, and when Mr Bayless looked surprised, she made an excuse to leave.” (Bayless has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016.)
According to the lawsuit, Faraji made multiple complaints to the Human Resources and Employee Relations departments while working at Fox.
In a statement to Front Office SportsFox Sports said, “We take these allegations very seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.”
Us Weekly reached out to Bayless’ lawyer and representatives for comment.
Undoubtedly was canceled in August 2024, although there was no mention of inappropriate behavior by Bayless with the announcement. Faraji says she was fired by Fox Sports shortly after the show was canceled.
At the time, Bayless said he had been “intending to pursue other opportunities for several months. I had a great 8 year run with a lot of great people at Fox, but now I’m excited for what’s to come. Keep going.”
“Although Ms. Faraji was an excellent hairdresser and constantly in demand by talent, she was so shriveled that she could appease Mr. Bayless, and once Mr. Bayless was gone, so was her job,” the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit also claims Bayless accused Faraji of having sex with Sharpe, 56, before Bayless Undoubtedly cohost
Faraji claims Bayless apologized for the accusation about Sharpe in 2023, acknowledging it was untrue.
Sharpe himself responded to the lawsuit on Sunday, January 5 on her “Nightcap” podcast..
“That has nothing to do with me,” Sharpe said. “It doesn’t do that. What do you all want me to say? That has nothing to do with me. So, there is nothing to address.”
