Gwyneth Paltrow receives some push back following his comments about intimacy coordinators.
Caroline HollickFilm and Executive Producer, Slammed Station -Clem Paltrow regarding the use of Intimacy Co -ordinator for his upcoming film with Timothée Chalamet. Hollick addressed the comments during a panel called “Let’s Talk About Sex! (And Conentsse)” in the Mania Drama Festival series on Tuesday, March 25.
“Easter and then an actor comments on whether or not they like intimacy coordinators,” Hollick said on Tuesday, per Close. “Gwyneth Paltrow said that she was brought up in a time when she took (actors) ‘our kit away and proceeded.’ As a powerful woman in Hollywood acting with a man much younger than her, well I’m sure (Chalamet) is cool but I thought it was quite irresponsible to say.
Hollick continued her discussion by highlighting the benefits of actors that actors receive while working with a reliable professional during their closer scenes.
“Bringing an intimacy coordinator on a set empowers an actor because there is someone on their (their) side who is there to fight for them,” he explained. “Producers have an agenda, writers have an agenda and directors have an agenda. So getting someone to support the performer is important.”
Earlier this month, Paltrow, 52, discussed Hi and Chalamet, Supreme MartyIn an interview with Vanity fair. The actress was teasing there “A lot of sex” In the film and broker the subject of working with an intimacy coordinator.

Paltrow doubled down on her comments and revealed that she and Chalamet had chosen not to use the professional when filming the scenes.
“We said, ‘I think we’re good. You can step back,’” Paltrow remembered the outlet. “I don’t know how it is for children who start out, but … if someone is like, ‘Okay, and then she’s going to put her hand here’-She puts a milky hand on her own shoulder-I would feel, as an artist, very stiffly stiffed by that.'” “
