Ilkay Gundogan has left Manchester City in a free transfer to sign the Turkish Club Galatasaray.
The young man, 34, signed in City for the second time this time last year and made 33 appearances in the Premier League for Pep Guardiola last season.
But with the arrival of Tijjani Reijnders and the return to Rodri fitness, international Germany has been out of the image and has not appeared for the city this season.
Gundogan was born in Germany, but has the Turkish family and wanted to play in the country before retiring.
Galatasaray wanted to sign Gundogan before Tuesday night’s Tuesday night deadline.
