Star Tamil Nadu and Gujarat Titans (GT) Spinner, Sai Kishore, has revealed how the Indian Cricket Testing Pattern, Shubman Gill, struggled for four years in the house cricket.
Sai Kishore said that Shubman Gill found it very easy to play against him, and the batter made his life hard, which forced him to change his bowling trajectory.

Kishore, meanwhile, labeled Gill as a prodigy and reminded that the batter was worried about the domestic cricket whisper, which forced him to add new weapons to his arsenal.
“Shubman is a prodigy. I have known the 16 -year -old. The first time we played for children under 19, he marked 260 in Patiala. Later on the Ranji trophy, he won 270.

Sai Kishore also stated that Gill has brought captaincy as fish in the water despite not having much leadership experience at the domestic level and was hoping for a brilliant future for Punjab Lad.
“He has been brought to Captaincy as fish in the water. Remember -I had not even taken Punjab because he was always with India. But when the Indian team needed a leader, Shubman intervened. I am very happy to see how he was naturally adapted. Hope that in the coming years, he will become a suitable leader,” said Sai Kishore.
Shubman Gill will be seen in action in the Asia Cup
Gill won the series player prize in India at the Anderson-Tendulkar 2025 trophy against the National Clicet team in England, which was his first series as a test captain.
Gill ended up as a leader in the five -party test series between India and England, as he scored 754 runs at an average of 75.40.
The young man, 25, was recently designated as the Vice-Capitan of the Indian T20i team, replacing Axar Patel on paper, and will be seen in the Action in the Asia Cup 2025.
Asia Cup 2025 will be played in T20 format from 9 to 28 September. India is the formal host of the Asia Cup 2025, but for political and logistical reasons, the tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates. A total of eight teams will participate in the tournament and the teams have been divided into two groups.
