The cooking shutdown has a reputation deserved. This is not because the grain has a monopoly on the good taste: the entire countries and incoming cultures. Rather, it’s cooked as we succumb to the things that have to be desperately the gluten to be what I am: frilles and waffles, or chicken very much. Or, Lord helps us, pizza.
