There is no red carpet like a Golden Globes red carpet. Over the years, fan favorite stars have shown their best, boldest and boldest beautiful fashions at the annual awards show.
Thinking back on the most notable Golden Globes looks, it’s hard to pick just one – but Jennifer Lopez certainly a contender. The “Waiting for Tonight” singer turned heads at the 2009 soirée when she stepped on the red carpet in a gold Marchesa gown that featured a plunging neckline and backless construction. Anne Hathaway looked like a trophy herself at the 2011 ceremony, wearing a bronze colored Armani Prive dress. The dazzling design was made with long sleeves and featured a protruding shoulder detail.
Another notable ensemble from the Golden Globes came from Issa Rae in 2018. The Uncertain creator was a vision in a black Atelier Prabal Gurung gown that sparkled against the light. The piece looked like a work of art thanks to its pleated skirt and long flowing cape.
Almost all stars are in the Golden Globes 2018 choosing to wear all black as a form of solidarity to support the Time’s Up Movementlaunched to raise awareness about sexual harassment.
