Orange County Real House Ladies star Gina Kirschensh have found herself in the middle of Travis MullenBattle in custody with ex-wife Meghan Mullen.
According to court documents obtained by Weekly USTravis filed an emergency offering on March 31 asking for the only legal and physical custody of the three children he shares with Meghan. (In connection was the first to report the news.)
“After all the time, energy and cost (Meghan) and I have gone to him in seeking ‘practical’ custody orders, (Meghan) continues to undermine my protective time and try to alienate the children from me,” Travis claimed in court documents. “For over a year, I have tried to reason with (Meghan) and have tried to co -operate with all our children, but nothing has improved.”
By court documents, Travis claimed that Meghan does not take one of their sons to school and “allow unused absences repeatedly.”
He also claimed that Meghan “refuses to allow me to have our children during my court ordered by guard time.”
“She refused to give me her current address and ignores my efforts to contact her through speaking parents, who were required to be used for our communications,” said by court documents.
Travis and Meghan married in 2010 but later separated in 2016. Since then he has moved on with Gina, who is a star from Bravo’s Orange County real housewives.
In her response to Travis’s request for the only legal and physical custody, Meghan claimed she was “seeking balance, fairness and safety for our children.”

Jeff Kravitz/Getty Images for CMT“Our children… have repeatedly reported to me that they feared their father and girlfriend, Gina Kirschenfeter,” he claimed in court documents. “The three children have told me that Gina is talking negatively about me and creating tension in the household.”
Meghan denied using illegal substances and claimed that filing Travis “intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children.”
“I am not asking this court to punish Travis or Gina. L asks for defense, fairness and balance,” wrote by court documents. “I respectfully ask the court to consider all the evidence submitted and allow the relief necessary to protect their best interests.” A hearing on the case is set for July.
During season 18 of Orange County Real House LadiesGina and Travis agreed to spend more time apart, partly because of his divorce battle taking a toll on their relationship.
“The things that happened from his other side were not right and I didn’t want my children around him anymore,” Gina-which shared three children with an ex-husband Matt KirschenieFer – Explained on the October 2024 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “There were things that happened that literally made me feel unsafe and affected my children. Look, Travis is a victim of this too. But that doesn’t mean I want to remain in that environment.”
Gina and Travis – who helped new launch recently Real estate team – stay together and are expected to appear on season 19 of Orange County Real House Ladies.
