The Israeli troops released a Palestinian paramedic, detained when 15 other emergency assistance officers were killed in Southern Gaza, Palestinian Society said last month.
Assad al-Nasasra went missing for three weeks until the Red Cross International Committee received information that he was in Israeli detention.
He was reportedly one of 10 detainees, releasing the Israeli border crossing with Gaza on Tuesday.
The Israeli military did not comment. But he confirmed that he was conducting Mr. Nasasra during a briefing on an internal investigation of the attack, which determined “several professional failures”.
The PRC announced its conclusions as an attempt to justify the “war crime”.
Eight PRCS paramedics, six first respondents from the Gaza Civil Defense Agency and one UN officer on Palestinian refugees (Anfa) were killed when their ambulance, a UN fire truck and a UN vehicle were subjected to fire near Tal al-Sultan Rafa during March 23.
Their bodies were found buried on shallow graves in a week near crushed vehicles.
Another Chinese paramedic survived and stated that his troops were released after his detention with Mr. Nasasra.
The Israeli military initially stated that his troops fired on “suspicious vehicles” traveling in the dark with their headlights and emergency lights.
Later it is said that the accounting was “erroneous” after a video found on the mobile phone of one of the dead paramedic – Rifaat Radun, who was in the same rapid assistance as Mr. Nasasra – showed that the convoy used his emergency lanterns.
At the end of the video, they see that they left the road. The sound of shooting can then hear that Radun comes out of his ambulance. It lasts for more than five minutes, and Radun hears as they say about his latest prayers before the Israeli soldiers are approaching.
On April 20, the military released a brief statement of their internal investigation, which states that the shooting of 14 Chinese and civil defense workers occurred as a result of “operational misunderstanding” by troops from the intelligence battalion, which considered that they were faced with a sensitive threat. ”
Meanwhile, he found that the murder of Anta employee “provided for violations during the fighting.”
The military said the deputy commander of the battalion of the intelligence was rejected “from his duties as a field commander in this incident and providing incomplete and inaccurate report during the analysis.”
The PRC condemned the report, saying that it was a testament to what he called “Israel’s policy” systemic distortion of truth “to protect his soldiers from accountability.
“The results of the occupation of the occupation have the usual erroneous allegations of gas rescue groups that are included in Hamas to justify the military crime on the orientation of medical missions as a whole, as well as the military crime of the attack on teams and vehicles that carry the protected emblems of Geneva Conventions, in particular,” the statement said.
The UN High Humanitarian official warned that “the lack of real responsibility undermines international law and makes the world a more dangerous place.”
The Israeli military launched a campaign to destroy Hamas in response to an unprecedented cross -border attack on October 7, 2023, which killed about 1,200 people and took 251 people hostage.
At least 52 365 people were killed in Gaza during the next war, the Ministry of Health’s Health reports.
The ministry states that on March 18, more than 2270 people were killed after the collapse of the two -month ceasefire, saying that he was putting pressure on Hamas to release the 59 hostages he was still holding.
Palestinian media reported on Tuesday that at least six people were killed in Israeli air and artillery strikes around Gaza, in the north, including three al-Shaaf.
Four more people are said to have been killed in tents living in the southern district of Al-Mavasi, near the city of Khan Unis.
Israel also blocked all humanitarian aid supplies and other gas supplies since March 2, which, according to the UN, caused a serious lack of food, medicines and fuel.
On Tuesday, the UN Head of Human Rights called on the world “to prevent complete collapse of critical life in the newspaper.”
“Any use of hunger of civilian population as a method of war is a war crime, and they do all forms of collective punishment,” Volker Turk warned.
The UN has stated that Israel is obliged to provide supplies for 2.1 million Palestinians in gas in accordance with international law.
But Israel said he fulfills international law and lacking in help because 25,000 freight cargoes entered the recent ceasefire. He also accused Hamas of theft of supplies that the group refused.
