One month, as Israel closed all the transitions to gas for goods, all not supported bakery closed, markets are empty from most fresh vegetables, and hospitals are painkillers and antibiotics.

This is the longest blockade of almost 18-month Israel war against Hamas. This week, during the usual festive Muslim holiday ID al-Fitro, many gasans say they were hungry.

“It was the worst thing for us,” said the BBC, which was looking for food in Gaza. “We can’t eat or drink. We couldn’t enjoy it. We’re exhausted.”

“We can no longer find things that can be eaten like tomatoes, sugar or oil. They are unavailable. I almost can’t find one food a day. Now there are no charitable materials.”

“I have only one grandson; he was born during the war. He is three months old and we can’t find milk and diapers for him.”

Israel said that on March 2, a ban on goods that are part of the gas from the refusal of Hamas to expand the first stage of the ceasefire agreement in January and released more hostages.

Hamas continues to demand that he go to the second phase of the initial agreement, which remains the rest of the live hostages he has released and the full order in the war.

A two -month long truce, which began on January 19, as a result of the return of 33 Israeli hostages – eight of them were killed – in exchange for about 1900 Palestinian prisoners and a large splash of humanitarian aid, which is part of the devastated territory.

Assistance Agency now calls on the world’s powers to force Israel to allow goods to gas – including food, medicines, hygiene products and fuel – pointing to the country’s commitments in accordance with international humanitarian legislation.

They say they make rigid decisions on how to manage their reduced reserves in the territory. For example, fuel is necessary to move assistance, bakery, hospital generators, wells and water desk.

Action Actionaid named the Moon of Israeli prohibition on the help, which came into the gas “horrible” and warned “a new cycle of hunger and thirst.”

On Tuesday, the UN rejected as “inappropriate”, the Israeli claim that the gas had enough food to last about two million residents over time.

“We are in the tail end of our supplies,” said UN Secretary of State Stefan Duyaris.

Kogat, an Israeli military corps that controls the crossing, says about 25,200 trucks were entering a gas, which transported nearly 450,000 tons of assistance during the recent ceasefire.

“This is almost a third of the total number of trucks that have entered the gas throughout the war, a little over a month,” Kogat wrote in the report on X. “For a long period of time there is enough food when Hamas will allow them to civilians.”

Israeli officials accuse Hamas of meetings. However, Duharik said the UN retained “a very good network of care throughout the help it provided.”

Paddles are lowered, the stoves, and the shelves are empty in the bakery in Gaza, one of the 25, which worked with the UN World Food Program (WFP) through the lane. With a shortage of fuel and flour, the sign says it is closed “until further notice.”

“Closing the bakery is a catastrophe because bread is the most important product for us,” said the grandfather of Abu Alao Jafar, looking desperately.

“Without it, people do not know how to fight the situation. It will starve much worse than we have seen before.”

He and other passers -by reported the BBC that the flour bag of 25 kg (55 pounds) has risen 10 times and can now get 500 Shekels ($ 135; £ 104) on the black market.

The UN says it is “in the tail end of our materials”

Within months, Israel prevented commercial goods to enter the gas – saying that this trade took advantage of Hamas – and the local food production stopped almost completely from the war.

While many food kitchens supported by international NGOs have recently stopped working when their supplies are over, WFP expects to continue to spread hot meals a maximum of two weeks.

It states that within two days it will distribute its latest food parcels. As a “extreme remedy” after all other food is exhausted, it has emergency stocks of a fortified food cookies for 415,000 people.

Meanwhile, the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (Antwa), the largest assistance agency that operates in Gaza, says that he has only a few days left.

“We are seeing a very fast depletion of what we have in our warehouses,” said Tamara al-Rifa, the communications director. “Each of them normalizes everything because it is unclear whether it is and when there is an end.”

“What is extremely strange to us is how quickly the positive influence of the ceasefire – if I can use the word” positive “, namely being able to bring food and other materials – this is how quickly this effect evaporated in four weeks.”

On March 18, Israel restored the war in Gaza. Its updated air and terrestrial operations once again stretched out assistance workers and led to hundreds of victims, prevailing hospitals.

The World Organization of the United Nations Health Organization (WHO) says that more than half of the hospitals who are injured are virtually filled.

Devices for stabilization of broken bones are over, and anesthesia, antibiotics and fluid for wounded patients are reduced. The WHO warns that vital accessories for pregnant mothers will end soon.

Dr. Mark Perlmutor, American Surgeon, who recently worked in gas, said BBC that was forced to use drill bits to fix a fracture in the baby’s leg And in two hospitals where he was located there was no work X -ray.

He added that he could not clear the wounds before working or even washing his hands when the soap was over.

Another mass event of the loss will mean that “people will die from wounds that could be corrected,” D -Rplmutut said.

So far, at least 1066 Palestinians have been killed – about a third of which children – since Israel has started an updated military offensive, the Ministry of Health Hamas reports.

The WHO also warns of serious problems with public health after the institutions for the diagnosis of infectious diseases were forced to close.

The International Charitable Organization Médecins Sans Frontères (MSF) calls on Israel to stop what it calls the “collective punishment of Palestinians”.

It states that some patients are treated without pain, and that those who require regular medicines such as epilepsy or diabetes should customize their supplies.

Last year, the International Court ordered Israel “to take immediate and effective measures to ensure urgently necessary basic services and humanitarian aid to resolve the unfavorable living conditions faced by the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.”

South Africa has started a constant case before the UN Supreme Court, claiming that Israel is committing a genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. Israel rejects the lawsuit as “unjustified”.

On October 7, 2023, the Gaza war was caused by the deadly attacks led by Hamas on Southern Israel, which killed about 1,200 people and led to 251 hostages were taken to gas. Since then, the Palestinian health authorities have killed more than 50,000 Palestinians.

Arabic mediators continue to try to resurrect the ceasefire.

Hamas said on Saturday that he had accepted a new proposal from Egypt. Israel said he had made a counter -law in coordination with the United States, which was also mediation.

There were no signs of a rapid breakthrough or the end of the closure of Israel’s transitions to gas.
