Shailaja Sundar said he hopes that the bond between Gautam Gambhir and Washington Sundar will grow and bring more success to Team India. She said:
“I just wish that their wonderful bond will grow, for the best of the Indian Cricket team. I think they both work to give their best, to bring the best result.”
Shailaja also revealed that he used to open with Washington Sundar when they used to play together, and gave his team an advantage on the left. She said:
“We used to play together and open the tickets for our team. I am a right side and is a left side. The left right combination used to work. We used to build really good collaborations. All of these are beautiful memories.”
