Gary Antuanne Rusell says Devin Haney is “Washed” After seeing his performance against Jose Ramirez on the May 2 card in Times Square in New York City. WBA heavy weight champion Gary Antuanne says Haney (32-0, 15 kos) is pure “rubbish” and mentally “Broke” From the beating he took against Ryan Garcia last year in April.
Russell does not say if he believes that Haney can regroup and rebuild -to become the fighter he was formerly. However, with the way of speaking, it seems that it does not think that Haney can return from this loss.
“The garbage. Devin Haney breaks now. Ryan Garcia broke that boy. Ryan Garcia dropped him, he did -badly and he did all this and put -a beating. Now, now, now, Don’t even fight at the The same, ” said Gary Antuanne Russell to Millcity Boxingreacting to Devin Haney’s last performance against Jose Ramirez.
Haney looked 100% scared against Ramírez from the moment he started the fight until he finished. It was not only Haney to ensure that he would come to the resale of Ryan Garcia in one piece. He only seemed scared. Tim Bradley thinks Haney shown Signs of PSDA mental health problem experienced by war veterinarians after traumatic events.
A soldier still on the first lines that PTSD has is ineffective for his judgment. Haney did not exercise the way he used to, and seemed terrifying the whole fight against what many fans saw as a washing fighter in Ramírez.
“He fought this Spanish type (Ramirez), and he only threw 74 strokes in the whole fight, if this (Note: Haney landed 70 of 224 shots). He only threw a couple of hooks and his hooks were not tough. They were clean? OK, I give you, but they were not even effective punches.”
Devin seemed to not trust his ability to make one of Ramírez’s features. He treated him as if he were an artist eliminated by more than a boy with decent power. Some fans believe that Haney had a flashback inside the ring, remembering the horror of being on the war against Ryan Garcia. If Devin’s mind was again blocked in Garcia’s struggle, it is not uncommon why he did not throw shots.
“It was not like it did not fully commit. He was afraid of shots,” said Gary Antuanne about Haney. “You could see in him that his heart is not all the way. trash personally. It has been washed. I never thought it was good anyway.
“I just thought he was a good listener and tried to imitate Floyd (Mayweather) to the best of his ability, but rubbish,” Russell said.
If Haney continues to fight the way he did it against Ramírez in other fights, it is sure to say he was washed. Right now, we can only say that Devin did not look good against Ramírez.
