South Cricket -Africa (CSA) has directed its players involved in the Premier League India (IPL) 2025 to return on May 26 in preparation for the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) against Australia. The African cricketers selected for the WTC end could end up losing the Playoffs IPL 2025.
The IPL 2025 will resume on May 17, with the final scheduled for June 3. This has created a programming dilemma for Australian and South -African players. The IPL and BCCI franchises have asked Cricket International Boards to allow their players to remain available for the rest of the season.
