The introduction of central contracts was a crucial step, followed by consistent efforts to align the facilities and rewards for both male and female teams. A monumental milestone was achieved with the implementation of equal concordance rates, ensuring that male and female cries now receive identical remuneration: 15 lakes for a test party, 6 lakes for hatred and 3 lakes for an international T20. This reference decision means such an anticipated age of equality and recognition to the Indian cricket.

The strong consistent performances of the India team on the international stage also resulted in greater rewards. After the second runner -up in the 2017 World Hate Cup, each player was awarded 50 lakes for the BCCI, with additional cash incentives of various state governments. Mithalia, who captured the team during this successful campaign, attributed these advances directly to the increase in the focus and support of the post -war BCCI.
