Under the deck‘S. Fraser Ozer Just offered a new insight into the dipping process on the show – and revealed the amount expected of each guest.
“There’s a fee – a very humble fee – to chart the deck ship below,” explained Fraser on Tuesday, August 19 episode, “The Viall Files” podcast. “For obvious reasons. Who wants to go on holidays where mics all the time?
The “pretty limited experience” allows More Wiggle Room with payment.
“You still have to do what you’ve asked to do. You still have the experience. You’re just a little limited,” Fraser noted. “So there is a very humble cost for the amount of time. The amount of time can be five days, it can be three or it can be two.”
No matter how long guests stay on the boat, the cost “is always going to be the same,” with Fraser adding, “That’s the luck of the draw. There’s a minimum mound you have to pay on top of that charter fee for this show.”
Fraser was then asked whether the minimum was 20 percent of the cost of the charter, which he denied.
“In real life, yes. On normal boats, it’s 20 percent. But with this particular charter fee for the deck ship below, a minimum front is attached, which is the same. The smallest fee and mound,” he explained. “You know this. Everyone knows what comes on to the boat because that’s what it costs to be there. I know this too. So whatever they add to the minimum is what they actually put towards (the heap).”
The Chief Steward referred to the heap specifically received by Pornstar guests this season.
“A minimum was spent and it was covered by their company. Then we really saw how much they put it together,” added Fraser. “And it was pathetic.”
Bravo viewers were just as surprised by the Stingy heap as the crew were. Captain Kerry Ddtheradge revealed during a chapter in June that the last tip they received was only $ 19,990.
“That’s $ 1,500 each, but for a five -day charter, I would expect a lot more,” said Kerry before Deckhands Damo Yorg and Kyle Stillie joked they were “shafted,” adding, “they gave us the whiskey d *** that matches a heap.”
Earlier that month, Fraser leaned in at which amount It typically expects by Charter guests.
“I can tell you about a heap on our charter season, the minimum we expect (where) you won’t see me cracking a smile,” Fraser shared a chapter of the reality of Siriusxm checked with Dorinda Medley and Kiki Monique. “If we don’t get between $ 20,000 – I’ll scrap that. $ 25,000 to $ 30,000 for the time we’ve made it.”
Fraser noted that he would not book on that number, adding, “I don’t care if that is one or three days or five. I’m waiting for that amount of cash, and if you can’t or you don’t come with that to be expected, don’t bother. Maybe just go on a cruise.”
Other Under the deck Cast members have acknowledged that the crew have seen an increase in suggestions since the show showed. “I am not sure what the catalyst is, I hope it won’t give up,” Captain Lee Rosbach Bravo Insider was told in 2021, referring to some “good ones” who were covered in season 8. “And I’m very grateful for it.”
Kate ChastainIn the meantime, offered some insight for How suggestions are a successful factor Pay check for the crew.
“On a sailing boat of that size, (a good tip) would be $ 5,000 per person, for seven days of work,” explained in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2019.
