The IBF has ordered Frank Sanchez’s number 4 to fight Philip Hrgovic number 6 in a heavyweight title delete. The winner will be mandatory for the IBF champion, Daniel Dubois. They will still have to wait until the current Compulsory Derek Chisora gets its title against Dubois.
