Former NBA Guard Ben Maclemore found guilty of raping in Oregon’s lawsuits

Former Nba guard Ben Maclemor was found guilty of raping a jury on Thursday.

The jury also found him guilty of additional second -degree sexual abuse.

During the trial, Scott Hill, Klakamas district prosecutor, told the jury that the woman had passed on the sofa of the living room about 2 am after a strong drink. The next morning, she resumed partial consciousness when the maclemor sexually penetrated her with her fingers, and then continued to have sex with her.

The Mclemore lawyer’s team challenged these claims, saying she initiated sexual contact and agreed with it. The lawyers also claimed that the woman was sober enough to agree with sexual contacts.

Maclemore, Kansas product, played nine seasons in the NBA, five from the sacrament of Kings, which took it seventh in the 2013 NBA project.
