Former Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz won his call for condemnation to indicate false testimony to the Parliamentary Committee.
The court ruling overturns the court decision last year and the eight -month conditional term of prison for a former political star.

Speaking to the journalists on the borders of the court on Monday, Kurtz stated that the years of charges against him “all fell apart”.
“There were a lot of court hearings – a huge number of confrontations with these accusations. You all witnessed how much it was noted and that everything has come down now,” he said.
He also denied violations in corruption accusations for which he was being investigated.
The prosecutor’s office will not decide yet whether it should be charged for the allegations that he used state money to pay for favorable media coverage and finance polls that exaggerated his support.
Kurtz has not yet intended to return to politics.
