Foo Fighters fire Josh Freese as a drummer: ‘shock and disappointed’

Freese joined the Foo Fighters in 2023 after taking over from the recent Taylor Hawkins, who died in March 2022 After being unresponsive in a hotel in Colombia. He was 50 at the time of his death.
