Florida has launched a criminal investigation into the British-American impacts of Andrew and Tristan Teyt, who flew to the state last week from Romania, where they were confronted with rape and accusations in human beings.
Florida Prosecutor General James Utmeyer said the investigators had taken orders for a search and summons to court as part of an “active” request.
In the US, the brothers also face a civic lawsuit of a woman who claimed that they made her sexual work and then slandered after she gave evidence to the Romanian authorities. They urge all charges against them.
Former kickboxer and a self -recorded misery that appeared in the UK Big Brother television show, Andrew Teyt has millions of followers on the Internet.
Andrew, 38, and his brother Tristan, 36, are facing separate accusations in the UK of rape and trafficking in human beings. They also deny these allegations.
In a statement on Tuesday, Utmeier said: “Last week, I sent my post to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct the preliminary investigation of Andrew and Tristan Teyt.
“Based on a careful review of the evidence, I sent a management across the country to conduct orders to search and issue a summons to the current criminal investigation of the Tate brothers.”
Brotherhood’s lawyer Tate Joseph Macbared issued a statement later on Tuesday on investigation.
“Today, Prosecutor General James Utmeyer threw a law on ethics out of the window when he publicly took the side in the current lawsuit in Florida, when Andresta and Tristan Tate sues a woman Florida for organizing a complex plot to use sex as a weapon to ruin his life.”
D -Macbride called the comments of the Prosecutor General “inflammatory” and “prejudice”.
It was first arrested in Romania in December 2022, and Andrew accused of rape and trafficking in human trafficking. They moved to Romania from the UK several years ago.
They both denied the allegations and held a few months under house arrest. A year later, in August 2024, they encountered new accusations, including sex with minors who are not subject to trafficking in human beings.
At the end of March, the Tats is supposed to be back to Bucharest to satisfy the prosecutor’s office; However, it is too early to say whether they will perform.
Police in the English district of Bedfordshire still are still seeking Andrew’s extradition of individual and unrelated allegations of rape and trafficking in human beings, as well as tax evasion.
In the UK, four British women have started a civil case against Andrew Tate in the country’s Supreme Court, saying he raped and made them control, accusing them that they were also denied.
These plaintiffs said it was clear that he would not face criminal prosecution in Romania and appealed to the UK’s power to take action.
