US law enforcement officers and wildlife searched the Florida Marine Park after allegations of “animal abuse”.
Four dolphins were killed in the Gulf Sea Par of Panama -Bich last year, local media say.
Animal rights activists recently placed drones, which show that dolphins float in muddy green tanks in the premises.
Florida Prosecutor General James Utmeier said he “did not tolerate any animal abuse.” BBC contacted the owners of Park The Dolphin Company for comments.
Florida Law Enforcement Department and Fish Protection Commission and Florida (FWC) performed a search warrant at the request of Utmeier, – he said in Message in social media.
The warrant comes after Dolphin Company obviously prevented FWC Rangers trying to check out animals, local media reported.
The reports say three dolphins were killed in the park in October.
The fourth died earlier this month after hitting his head at the small end of the pool, performing tricks for the audience.
According to the Dolphin Company website, the species conducted in the park include dolphins made of bottle, coarse dolphins, marine lions, penguins, harbor, birds and reptiles.
The animal protection organization expressed concern about the park.
“We documented and publish a video with the unpleasant conditions of Gulf World and will continue until these animals are urgently rescued,” said Phil Demers in the BBC.
“I worry that these animals will be forced to remain in place because the conditions continue to deteriorate,” he said.
