Flash Floods Leave passengers in the New York subway

The passengers of the New York subway were left in a meter inside the cars after heavy rains forced the floods to rise to the platform.

The 28th Street Platform showed that passengers watched the train when the water was poured into the station.

Other videos have shown that the passengers on their places to avoid driving water into the train.

In New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced a state of emergency as Flash Floods, shipped cars and closed roads.
