Five people were killed during mass firing on the Bangkok food market on Monday.
The suspect in the assault on the market or Tor Kors has taken his own life, the police in the Thai capital confirmed.
Four of the killed were guards, and the fifth worked on the market. Police said two more market salesmen were injured.
SIA BUSS Lieutenant told local media that the militant was Thai, and he had disputes with market guards before.
He also said the shooting was not related Thailand’s constant conflict with Cambodia.
The market or Tor Kor sells mostly fresh fruits and seafood.
