In a shocking development, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) cummer Yash dayal He has been appointed in a Fir hosted by Uttar Pradesh Police. The case was recorded in Ghaziabad after a complaint by a woman who claimed that Dayal was involved in sexual exploitation, emotional manipulation and abuse under the false promise of marriage.
FIR presented against Yash Dayal for alleged sexual exploitation
A senior police officer told the media that a FIR has been registered against Cricter Yash Dayal in PS Indirapuram, under section 69 of Bharathia Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), by accusation of sexual exploitation, physical violence, mental harassment and deceiving by false marriage promises by a woman.
At the FIR, the woman claimed that Dayal devoted himself to a physical relationship with her for a long period when deceiving -with promises of marriage. He stated that he presented her to her family, who gave her the impression that she would eventually become her daughter -in -law. According to her, she was fully committed to the relationship, both emotionally and mentally.
“I was in a relationship with him for the past five years. I had physical relationships with me under the false promise of marriage. He introduced me to his family and they treated me as his daughter -in -law. But the truth is that he used the relationship for physical and mental exploitation. Whenever he questioned his relationships with other women, he was subject to physical torture.” The FIR declared according to NDTV.
The woman also accuses Dayal for mental manipulation
The woman also alleged that Yash dayal He later apologized to try to manipulate -emotionally. He stated that his actions were mentally destroyed, eroding his self-confidence and creating a sense of dependence, both economically and emotionally. He also stated that the psychological torment pushed him to the edge several times, leading to trying to commit suicide on several occasions as he struggled to face mental suffering.
“But he apologized later to manipulate me. He broke me mentally because of this behavior. He broke my self-confidence and made me depend on him, both financially and mentally. I suffered depression for quite some time and it took me a hard time to lead a normal life. I tried to hurt myself on multiple occasions because I couldn’t deal with mental torture.” She added further.
