The man who went into a physical battle with Tarek the moussa In Las Vegas earlier this month he told police he wanted to press charges.
According to documents obtained by Weekly US On Wednesday, June 18, the 51 -year -old man made the statement to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department following the June 5 Rebellion. He noted the man’s incident report only as the “victim” in the fighting, and described the pictures of surveillance of the Palazzo rebellion at the Venice destination.
According to the report, Tarek, 43, is alleged to have “accused” the man and his “removal” after the man interacted with his elderly father. The man “moved him back and they both took a fighting stance. Then the (man) seemed to go for a takedown at Tarek (Tarek),” and the man struck his head and caused him to fall to the ground. Tarek is alleged to “set his back” and “throw another 3 strikes with his fist (the victim) before getting up and walking away.”
Police said the man had suffered a “purple and reddish” bruise under his right eye and a half -inch cut on his nose. Tarek was referred to for a battery instead of being remanded in custody because of the use of “physical force,” which left the man with “visible injuries.”

When he interviewed the police with him, Tarek claimed that the man “hit his father on his back” and so “he went out of his chair to face (he) to defend his father because he had problems back.”
Meanwhile, the victim remembered the police “that someone who did not know him was approaching him aggressively and struck him. He admitted defending himself and told the police that he did not know exactly what happened but wanted to weigh charges.”

Earlier this month, Us confirmed that the HGTV star had been in Vegas with his parents and his wife Heather ra the moussa. The family was in Sin City to support TAREK SPEAKING EVENT.
