Famous medium Tyler Henry offers a major update following brain surgery.
“Brain surgery was a success! A great prognosis, amazing staff, and I feel so grateful to be surrounded by my family,” Henry, 29, shared in Instagram heading on Wednesday, May 14. “I’ll be on Bedrest for a month and look forward to going back to making readings.”
He added, “For those of you who contact me more or less, much should not change as far as private reading gifts and group readings, at the moment I am currently on the threshold. For the curious, I had a colloid tumor near the middle of my brain and thankfully most of it has been removed!”
Henry joked that “the tumor, not my brain” was removed, indicating that he was in a good mood.
“This is not my first rodeo with this, and I have so much to be grateful for it-I will soon see Ya with many topics provoking the mind and of course, readings,” his caption concluded. “Thank you all so much for your support.”

Colloid tumor is harmless and often disproportionate but can cause problems if they grow large enough to prevent spinal fluid flow and in severe cases can create more intracranial pressure, according to the Barrow Neurological Institute.
Henry has had surgery on the brain before, as revealed in a 2023 Post Instagram. At the time, he shared a throw back drawn just after Henry’s 18th birthday.

“Only a week later Mri revealed an indigenous brain cod which led to emergency surgery after weeks of headache. A mass I was born with only caused a life -threatening situation because my life as an adult was beginning,” Henry remembered, in part. “This experience taught me early on the importance of timing and trust. Without the inevitable brain surgery that followed, I do not think I would have had such a direct awareness of the fragility of life. It was a close reminder of the slim line sharing this kingdom and the next.”
