The second week is now in the books and we have more questions than answers about how it will reproduce this season. We have identified seven hot last week and determine whether they are a reaction or not.
Packers are the best NFL team.
They certainly look like two weeks. But other teams are giving them a race for their money. The Eagles are the Super Bowl defending camps and have a 2-0 record as well as the packages, so they still should be considered the best team in the league until they lose the first game. The invoices are also 2-0 and dominated a divisional opponent, returned against the Ravens and had the MVP reigning on their list. Even the loaders have a case that is considered the best NFL team after they recorded a neutral victory of the site and a road victory in weeks attached against the divisional opponents. Green Bay is one of the best teams in the league, but the Eagles still carry this title until it is shown otherwise.

Daniel Jones is a candidate for MVP.
It must be considered one until the first two weeks of the season. It is tied for third in total touchdowns. It is also the second place to overcome the gardens, the sixth place in the quarterback, the sixth in QBR, and averages the gardens that go most to an attempt among the players who have launched at least ten passes this year. Most importantly, its squad is 2-0 with a victory over a team that made the playoffs last season. Given the evil that was the passing attack of the Colts last year compared to the bonus that is now with Daniel Jones at the helm of the post, the former New York giant should be considered as a candidate for MVP.

Houston’s jeans will miss the playoffs.
Despite its record, this is a good team. They have just encountered two excellent opponents they are not familiar with. Rams and buccaneers are legitimate threats to win the Super Bowl. However, the jeans only lost to the 2025 playoff teams by six combined points. Houston has the lowest point differential between 0-2 teams (-6). If they had kept only six seconds more on Monday night, the conversation that surrounds this group would be very different. They can hit the boat with partners with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Titans Tennessee and return it to 2-2. That said, jeans cannot be lost any of these coincidences. Otherwise, they will have a steep hill to climb to return to the top of the AFC South with Indy that can improve up to 3-0 with a game against low titans this weekend.

Dallas Cowboys are a playoff team.
Do not succeed, the defense was as bad as we all expected to be Sunday. However, it is worth mentioning that they have just signed a passer established in Jadeveon Clowney and had to play this game against the giants without one of their first two rope places, so there is a good chance that this unit will work better this weekend. Out of defense, offense and special teams are excellent. Dak Prescott looks like the 2023 version of himself that he played at the MVP level. They also have a reliable rush attack thanks to the professional resurgence of Javonte Williams. Nor can we forget Brandon Aubrey, who is the most reliable kicker of the NFL. He almost won a game with a kick to force extra hours and another to win the game. Although the defense was horrible in the second week, the team still went out. His offense is clearly good enough to win several games this season. Whenever the defense shows some improvement over last week, Cowboys will be a hard game for any NFL team.

The defense of the steelers is bad.
Pittsburgh’s defense has not played its potential during the first two weeks of the 2025-26 campaign. They allow 31.5 points per game, which is the fourth brand of the NFL. But when we look at the injuries that this template has been treating, it is clearer because they have left so many points. They lack their selection of the first round of this year, an initial corner and initial security, which is not ideal, as they marketed Minkah Fitzpatrick in the season outside the season. They are also expected to be an initial linebacker, as Alex Highsmith treats an ankle injury. Joey Porter Jr., dishonor Elliot, Derrick Harmon, Malik Harrison and Alex Highsmith will end up returning to the program. When they do, this defense will look much better than he did during the first two weeks of the season. Do not wait for Pittsburgh to give up more than 30 points for a third consecutive week.

Sunday is a must for the heads.
The Kansas City Chiefs Dynasty is entering without registration. They are at risk of losing four consecutive games that go back to Super Bowl Lix if they cannot beat the New York Giants on Sunday night football. Damaged, his first two games have not been catches. They lost to an excellent divisional opponent in a neutral place game in the first week and had to host Super Bowl defenders in the second week. Who knows it, we may not have this discussion if Tush’s push was officially official. There is no shame to lose against a couple of teams combined by 4-0. But there is a shame to lose against the New York Giants, a franchise that has been linked to the second lowest winning percentage in the NFL since the start of the 2023 season. If the heads fail to exceed the giants, it is time to press the panic button.

It was a mistake for the Vikings to move from Sam Darnold.
I am not mistaken, I think JJ McCarthy is a bad quarterback and it will not be the face of the franchise when it is called and everything is done. However, it is too early in his term to call him a bust. He is the youngest quarterback in the league and has only played two regular seasonal games at the NFL level. Young people QB need time to develop -so it is too early to close the book about it. At the same time, Sam Darnold would never be the Savior of the Vikings of Minnesota. Even after having what was, without a doubt, the best season of his career last year, he could only bring nine points to playoffs with some of the best offensive weapons in the NFL. There was also no way that the Vifs could have replicated their success from last season with Darnold this year, taking into account the calendar they have and the injuries they are currently dealing with. It may be that JJ McCarthy is not the correct answer, but there were many other quarterbacks that Minnesota could have provided that this team would have helped to make a playoff push this year. Sam Darnold will never be a Super Bowl winning quarterback, and the Vikings recognized it, so they went from him, which was the right decision. Who chose to replace him, however, was very debatable.
