Arjun Menon started playing Cricket during his school days at St Patrick School. Playing as a Wicket Blear, then he represented Singapore on a youth level. Prior to debuting the national team in 1886 against the Arab Emirates united to the Asian Cricket Council trophy.

Menon, who played five games for Singapore, had a five -year stage with the SCA from 2015 to 2020. During this period he took roles as the Director of Games Development and the Principal Coach. In 2017, he led the National Cricket team at a Twenty20 gold medal at the Sea Games.
