Guobadia, 60, immigrated to the United States in 1982 and allegedly overcome his visa. He returned to the United States in 1986 and also probably overcome a work visa. Guobadia was arrested next year, pleading guilty to bank fraud and credit card. After two other arrests, Guobadia was deported in 1992. He managed to return to the United States a month later.
