The first 34-year-old, Tom Bruce, who is a former team of the Grand Kane Williamson, has left the New Zealand Cricket National Team and has joined a new team.
Tom Bruce has joined the National Cricket team in Scotland and will be playing for their new team at the World Cup games games 2 in Canada’s leg.
Tom Bruce received his call from New Zealand T20i after his impressive performances with the bat for Super Smash’s central districts.

He made his debut T20i under the leadership of Kane Williamson in the opening clash against the Bangladesh Cricket National Team in Napier on January 3, 2017.
The last appearance of Tom Bruce for the Blackcaps arrived on February 2, 2020 against the India National Cricket team in a T20i match in Mount Maunganui.
In general, he participated in 17 T20i parties for New Zealand and scored 279 runs at an average of 18.60 and a strike rate of 122.36 with two half a century.
Now, Tom Bruce has qualified to play in Scotland due to his father of Edinburgh, who represented a Scotland development development in 2016.
In an official statement published by Cricket Scotland, Tom Bruce said there is a “long Scottish story” inside his family, and is excited to represent Scotland after playing New Zealand five years ago. Said:
“ There is a long Scottish story within my family and I know that they will be incredibly proud of Scotland on the world stage. I have been fortunate enough to play New Zealand five years ago and I want to continue to show my skills on the world stage and help the Scotland team achieve success, as I know that the group is able to achieve success and continue to grow as a team.
“I was briefly involved in the configuration in 2016 and it was an impressive experience. I played next to and against many of the current group of players in Scotland, and it has been excellent after its development over the years and I want to return to them.
“For me, I want to help the team in any way or way to play a consistent quality cricket and, finally, to help us bring us to the World Cup.”
Scotland’s main coach Doug Watson also expressed his excitement for Tom Bruce joining the team and labeled him as a world-class cricketter who brings great experience at the table. Said:
“I am very excited with Tom joining the group, it is not only a world -class cricketter, but also provides an experience, but also played a great cricket of 50 and T20.
“It will add a massive value to both the field and outside the field over the next few years, and I want to put it in the group, and I’m sure it will adapt perfectly well.”
