Orange County Real House Ladies star Shannon Beador‘s ex-husband, David Beadorissued a suspension order against his disengaged wife, Lesley beadorOver alleged abuse, Weekly US can report only.
On June 17, David, 60, filed a petition for defense against Lesley, 41. Both sharing a girl, Anna Love Beador.
David, who has been married to Lesley for four years, asked Lesley to be ordered to stay 100 yards away from him, his home and work other than the custody exchanges. He proposed that they continue to share Anna’s custody.
She asked her petition to enroll in a Batterer’s intervention program and asked her to be ordered to move out of her mansion at Newport Beach, California. David noted, “I own the home. My business is located in Orange County. Lesley is currently staying at our Montana residence for the summer.”
“Lesley and I have had many unusual things in our marital relationship, with previous (divorce petitions) filed and dismissed and domestic violence prevention orders,” David told the court. “I have always been worried that Lesley’s relationship with me has been based mainly on her desire to live a luxury standard of living.”
He claimed, “In our case (it) not only a stereotype that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made that very clear to me literally.”
He accused his former of using their daughter as a tool to “remove more money” and to “persuade me (to) dismiss my previous domestic violence actions.”
Last year Lesley filed for a A suspension order against David, claiming to have been verbally aggressive. He said he created a hostile environment for Anna and claimed he was extremely jealous. Lesley filed for a divorce along with her suspension order.
At the time, David said to the court, “Lesley routinely tells me that I am aggressive when I disagree with her or make my opinion known. She has a habit of texting my text constantly for hours at a time, trying to fire a response out of me. ”” ”” ””
In his new filing, David claimed, “Lesley has physically mistreated me on several occasions and only a small proportion of those events detailed in previous domestic violence acts.”
He continued, “Lesley is a pathological liar and will literally point out under the punishment of non -offspring.” He said he suffered “countless incidents of domestic violence and abuse” to be in a situation where he can have a frequent connection with his daughter.
David said they had a tour designed for New York earlier this month. He said that Lesley had started fighting with him after his friend made positive comments about him before her.
He said the morning they were about to leave, Lesley refused to go. “We started arguing back and forth, and made several degrading comments, and she once again tried to motivate me as she has done on many occasions in the past.”
“During our debate, Lesley physically assaulted me, crashing large chunks of skin out of my arm,” said David. The businessman related photos of his alleged injuries taken a few days after the incident.

He claimed that Lesley was also cornered in the bathroom and “slapped forcefully” at least four times across the surface. “It’s clear that we didn’t go on the family journey,” he wrote. David said Lesley left their home in California and went to their home Montana.
He said he spoke to Lesley, accused him of being gay with his friend. “I’m not gay,” said David.

The court granted David’s request for a suspension order. A hearing has been set later this month as to whether it will become permanent.
On the same day, David filed for a divorce. He sought joint legal and physical custody. He referred to “incompatible differences” as the reason for the split.
He also asked the court to force the wooden agreement they signed before walking down the aisle. The Wood Awards said $ 10,000 a month to Lesley in support of half the wedding.
David and Shannon – who share three daughters themselves – were married from 2000 and divided in 2017.
