Trial Sean “Diddy” combs Continued in New York City On Tuesday, May 27, with evidence from his former assistant Capricorn Clarkwho worked for him between 2004 and 2012.
Diddy, 55, is on trial for sex trading, transportation to participate in prostitution and racing conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all the allegations against him.
Clark testified Tuesday she started her career with Designy as his personal assistant before coming back to work as his love at the time CassieCreative Director between 2016 and 2018. She claimed that her former head of a man had threatened to kill her while she worked for him – and threatened to kill Kid Cudiwho began dating Cassie, 38, while she was on a break from Designy.
Clark claimed that “very exciting” had appeared at her door in December 2011 with a gun in his hand, wearing pants shared open at the crotch. “Why didn’t you tell me?” Clark remembered Designy asking, referring to the fact that Cudi, 41, had been dating Cassie.
Then he allegedly told Clark about dressing and saying, “We want to kill in this ****.”
Clark told the jury she had never seen anything like this before, “adding that Diddy had never come to her house before and she had never seen him with a weapon. “The way he was acting, I just felt anything could happen,” he noted.
Clark then rode with Diddy and security staff to Cudi’s home in the Hollywood hills. She said she remained in the car while Design and the security guard allegedly broke into the residence, although Cudi was not there at the time. While in the car, Cassie (who was with Cudi) called to tell her what was happening and said that Designy had brought her to the house “to kill her.”
After receiving Clark’s call, Cudi went to the house and followed a short car hunt. Clark testified that Diddy then asked her to call Cassie and told her “I have and wasn’t going to let me go until he came to get her.” It is alleged that Diddy then told Clark to convince Cudi and Cassie not to call the police because if they were to, he would “kill all the motherf *** since.”
Cudi testified last week allegedly broke into his home in December 2011 after discovering that Cassie was dating it. The following month, it is alleged to blow up Porsche Cudi with Cocktel Molotov.
Over the weekend of the Memorial Day, the Judge’s Legal Team asked Arun Subramanian In order to strike a portion of Cudi’s evidence, claiming that the claims of a “nite nite” rapper for the 2012 car explosion were only “guess” and caused “the significant dangers of unfair bias.”
The Digy team said that a witness in general cannot attest that a declarant in his view lies in making a statement, “referring to Cudi’s allegations on the stand last week that Designy” lied “when he denied involvement in the explosion of his Porsche vehicle during a meeting in Los Angeles.
As well as telling her own side of Cudi’s story, Clark testified on Tuesday that Diddy had threatened her early in her employment because she had not revealed that she had previously worked for her opponent SUGE RIGHT. Clark claimed that a daunt and a body guard called in 2004 Uncle Paulie Having brought her to Central Park, where Diddy told her “if anything happened (with Suge) he would have to kill me.”
Another time Clark said she was accused of stealing jewelry from Jacob Arabocalled Jacob the jeweler. She claimed that Paulie’s uncle had searched her house and claimed to have had a liar sensor test from another man who told her if she failed to be thrown into the eastern river. “I was amazed,” he remembered.
Clark claimed she had five days of liar sensor tests relating to the alleged robbery. After those five days, she was told to return to work, where it is claimed that Diddy never mentioned the incident or jewelry status. When asked why she didn’t quit then, she said she felt that leaving would make him look like she was guilty of something she didn’t do.
