Ethan Plath Introduces New Boyfriend After Olivia Plath’s Divorce

Almost a year after filing for divorce from his wife Olivia, Ethan Plath he has someone new in his life.

The 26 year old man Welcome to Plathville star has posted a carousel of photos via Instagram on Wednesday, January 1, introduced his followers to his new girlfriend. He did not reveal her name or how they met.

“Proud to introduce my sweet love! She is truly one of the sweetest, kindest and most patient people I have ever known!” Ethan wrote. “Looking forward to next year and what it has to come. Wishing everyone a very happy new year! Here we go 2025!”

The first photo shows the couple sitting outside a car repair shop, followed by a montage of photos that Ethan appeared to have taken without her knowledge before slowly realizing she was being photographed while searching around the inside of her car.

Other photos included a bathroom selfie, the two standing in front of a blonde convertible and more photos of them sitting together, cheek to cheek.

Ethan and Olivia, also 26, split in 2023 after five years of marriage. They finalized their divorce in 2024, while fans watched the drama air on season 6 of the TLC show.

Although Ethan is hesitant to jump back into the dating pool, Olivia has been honest about her love life in the time since their split.

“I’ve mostly been dating outside of LA,” she said in one episode of season 6. “I’ve found that’s a really great way to keep separate, like, my single personal life in LA from showing my s— out and still have some fun while traveling, going on dates, talking to people, but I I don’t see them every day.”

Her new boyfriend, Brendan, was also featured on the latest season of Welcome to Plathville.

Ethan, who admitted he was struggling to move on from Olivia, put himself out there in a later episode this past season when he asked a woman’s number while dancing. He kept his personal life largely off social media ahead of Wednesday’s hard-hitting launch.

“It didn’t work between us, even though Lord knows we both gave it all we had,” he said. reflect in an Instagram post in 2023 announcing his separation from Olivia. “We seemed to be constantly pulling each other in different directions in life with different goals. I wish Olivia all the best in the future to come. I care for her deeply and always will.”
