Emilie Chises Filed a legal case in Arizona to prevent the release of records towards the death of Son trigg, aged 3 years.
“Emilie goes through a worst parent nightmare at the moment. Her young son, her 3 year old Chapman Kiser (‘trigg’), lost on May 18, 2025, following a heartbreaking accidental drown The Republic of Arizonaread. “Emilie is trying her best to be there for her surviving son, Theodore age two months. But every day is a battle.”
The filing noted that there were more than 100 public record applications filed with the city of Chandler and the Office of Medical Auditor Maricopa.
“The records requested probably disclosing graphic, distressing and close details of you who have no effect on government liability,” read the legal case. “To allow disclosure in these circumstances to turn Arizona’s public record law into a tool of emotional harm, rather than a government transparency tool.”
The filing noted that the influencer “respectfully respects this court to prevent the intense privacy invasion that would result from publicly disclosing these sensitive materials. She prays that the court is going to order permanently forcing defendants from giving public access to any investigative records or post-mortem associated with her son’s tragic death.”
The legal case asked that if the court allows public access, Kiser would ask the court to “conduct a camera review of all records first and, until that review is complete, there are temporary defendants from releasing any part of the records.”
The filing noted that neither its counsel has reviewed the investigative or post-mortem records including “police report, supplementary reports, security camera, accidental drowning photos, body-worn camera photos, scene photos, 9-1-1, recording/transcription, autopsy report, autopsy photos, and these records were not obtained.” The legal case claimed that Kiser never wants to see them. “
“Accordingly, Emilie Counsel cannot know the full size or nature of the sensitive, graphic or private content they can include,” read the statement. “On information and belief, the records, especially the safety camera photos of the accidental drowning, are extremely raw and graphic.”
Chandler Police Department in Arizona confirmed Weekly US on May 18 that He died at the age of 3. Days earlier, Trigg had been unaware of the family’s backyard pool.
“The investigation into the circumstances relating to this incident is ongoing. This is still an open investigation,” the department said in a statement to Us. “Out of respect for the privacy of the family, we will not release additional details until the investigation is closed.”
Emilie, who has more than 1 million followers on Instagram and 3 million on Tiktok, welcomed Son trigg in July 2021 with her husband Brady Kiser. The couple, who tied the knot in 2020, Teddy’s extra son to her family in March.
